Which service should I schedule for OIy/Dry Scalp?
All of our scalp treatments are fully customized to you. Each visit begins with a detailed consultation and scalp analysis, allowing us to tailor the products and techniques to your current needs, whether your scalp feels dry, oily, or simply out of balance. You’re welcome to choose the service that best fits your time and budget, and we’ll take care of the rest
Do you see multiple people at once?
Our treatments are designed as quiet, individual experiences, a moment for you to fully unwind and reconnect with yourself. For that reason, we see one guest at a time to preserve the calm, intentional atmosphere of your session.
Can I get a scalp facial done if I have extensions in?
At this time, scalp facials aren’t performed on guests with extensions in place. Because our treatments involve deep cleansing, exfoliation, and scalp manipulation, they’re best experienced on a natural scalp where we can access the skin fully and safely. Once your extensions are removed, we’d love to welcome you in for a restorative treatment designed just for you.
Do we accept Insurance for treatments?
We don’t accept insurance at this time; however, our treatments qualify for HSA and FSA reimbursement. If you’d like to use these benefits, simply swipe your card at checkout or/and we’re happy to provide a detailed receipt or superbill to make the process simple for you.
Should I wash my hair before I come in?
No need to wash your hair before your appointment, we’ll take care of everything for you. Each scalp facial includes a thorough cleansing and exfoliation designed to remove buildup and refresh your scalp completely. Simply come as you are and allow this time to be a moment of care and restoration
